Assuming $725 then $110
I was just in there. Was nice to meet Mr. G! Unfortunately, my 2-year-old son passed out right before we arrived, so I wasn't able to get a picture with the 3 of us. Ah well, next time. Also, it was crowded in that tiny, tiny store, and I decided against taking up too much of the gents' time jawing. Oh, and my son's stroller was taking up practically the entire store!
In the end, I ended up just getting the natural Dundee w Indy lining and insole. Everything else standard. I'm excited about it, but I think after seeing all these colors, I definitely think burgundy is my absolute favorite color for shell cordovan. Guess Mac is right, #8 really is King!
Which location was this?
44th street, Manhattan.
That was you with the stroller? I was boxed in at one point.I was just in there. Was nice to meet Mr. G! It looks like the show models might have been the same as the others people have posted photos of. I believe Paul and Skip Horween are going to another NYC location tonight, so it won't be Skip in PHI. It's not too late to make a trip into the city! Thanks. Do you know if it's a "traveling show"? Will the same shoes and people be in Phila., tonight, for example? Was there a rep from Horween there? The email that got sent out claimed there would be.

Thanks. I've been on the fence about getting a Navy Dundee in on of the trunk shows. Can't decide between the flat vs reverse welt. These pictures give s me a good idea how the flat would look.

I was probably the youngest person there. I was wearing my walnut shell daltons, but I was only in there for a few minutes. I'm passing this time around because I'm eyeing something else. Also, the only color I really liked was the Natural and Deep Brown. The brown is actually a lot nicer than my brown shell strands.
I agree, #8 is probably the best AE has to offer right now. Walnut and Cappuccino were great in the past. Actually I introduced myself to Paul and he made a comment about my Daltons. He asked his head of production if they were doing Walnut today and I got excited for a second, but his response was no. Someday guys...someday.
I think I posted a photo of that boot you are referring to. It was a natural shell first avenue. That's too funny! I was there around 12:30. I was the only 6'6'' dude with a black LL Bean down jacket. That store was too tiny for the 15 people in there. I got as far as the door, checked out a few pairs and then headed back to the office. I would've liked to say hi to Paul & Skip but it wasn't happening.
By chance, did any of you see that Walnut EC floating around? I didn't have a chance to see if it was calf or shell. Looked real nice from about 3 yards away.
