Pleasant surprise, got my 25% off my black Shell belt and found out that I was given a free shoe tree.

Chili Higgins arrived. Not quite as dark as the photo indicates. The QC on this pair was excellent. The welt is sort of tucked under so that it almost looks like a flat welt. The sole looks less wide because of this. But what's also interesting is that these fit more roomy than my brown cxl pair. There's more room at the instep. Sizing variation for the win.

Happy Easter! I decided to share my ridiculous meme of an Easter outfit today. I’ll admit it’s pretty incongruous. You can’t see my surcingle belt in the pic. I figure if I had either a blue oxford cloth or seersucker jacket with all of the casual tailoring details, this could have really been something special in the GTH category.
