Lf size 8/8.5 tan cropped jodhpurs

Anyone able to say/show how high the cropped Jodhpurs go on the ankle? Do they go pretty much to right above the ankle bone or are they lower than that? I'm debating between getting the standard Jodhs and the cropped ones, couldn't tell where the strap would end up sitting with the cropped ones though.
