Bummer. Will track their shows on the West Coast.

Just curious: What might my size be in St. C's given the following sizes:

- Alden Barrie 10E (US) for shoes or 10EEE (US) for chukkas (due to high instep)
- Carmina Rain Last 10EEE (UK)
- I can do 10.5E in Truebalance but prefer not to due to length

At this time I am trying to figure approximate sizes/lasts. Any help will be appreciated!

I was wearing a 7.5EE and 8E in Alden's and I ended up starting with a 6.5G in St.Cs which is to say many people recommend sizing down one full size. My first pairs were ultimately a little too narrow for me so I decided to have.a personalized last made.

If you decide to put in an order I recommend beginning with a pair of trial shoes. They will cost a little more and make the path to your first pair a little longer but getting that size right the first time is the only way to live.

Damn.

Looking at these MTOs for inspiration...my money will be gone in 60 seconds.

Sorry, I had to use that terrible pun eventually. From one Chicago gentleman to another.

Gents, any recommendations/tips for softening up the heel stiffener? My boots are killing me right now, particularly my left foot. Is it just me or are StC shoes rather stiff?
