I bet you're not eating as much as you think. Most people suggest eating like 3000 calories a day when you are trying to gain weight and that requires, to me anyways, an unbelievable amount of food.

I have a very high metabolism (5'7/5'8, 100 pounds) and was wondering if there's a safe natural way of slowing it down

don't do anything. just eat and be active. it'll slow down when you hit your twenties.

if you do some weightlifting, check with your doctor first. i'm not sure where the literature is with 15 years olds and weight lifting. at some point in junior high or high school, it is ok, but before that, there might be some consequences.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
