you can hit this place: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g294474-d14149792-Reviews-Vsi_Svoi-Kiev.html

it's ready to wear articles from Ukrainian designers, mostly casual/streetwear, and heavily tilted towards women's fashion, but you do get some interesting menswear options too. I picked up a great looking raincoat and a couple of ties back in May. be warned, that the quality is... well... not the best. the tie patterns appealed to me, but in all honesty I must admit that the execution is not even on par with the Massimo Dutti ties I own, definitely not as good as Boggi... I am no expert, but I think there's something wrong with the construction, with the way interlining is fixed. this leads to them bunching and generally not holding shape too well. the ties were around EUR 29 per piece, and combined with my national sentiment that was enough for me to go for them, not sure if it will work for you.

at the same time, this is only one particular designed we are talking about, other items may be of better quality. do stop by, it's in the heart of the city, so you'll be near the place anyway I suppose.

if you are looking for something different, Reitarska Street seems to be the new in for tailoring and style. one place I visited is this: https://www.instagram.com/mr.neatman/?hl=ru (Reitarska St, 14/26, Kyiv, Ukraine, 01034) I was impressed by the quality and what can probably be called house style. don't expect this to be cheap - the price quoted to me for a sport coat was on par with Sicilian and probably even lower range of Neapolitan tailoring houses.
