Whoa that is closer to the yoke on the s.e.h Kelly trench I have than the belt.

Tho I wonder if you have not made some adjustments to the proportions of the trench over the years, as the photographs of the trench these days seems to place the belt slightly higher than how it looks on my coat. Still under the second row of buttons, obviously, but on my trench, it seems to split the distance between the 2nd and third rows of buttons pretty equally, whereas the photos of the tench on the web store clearly have it higher, so close to the 2nd row of buttons, so close as to almost be brushing against them.

Interesting observations but we haven't changed anything about the trench for eight or nine years. When it is made in different materials the measurements will be slightly different, however — e.g. woollen cloth tends to shrink a little during the production process.

We might have moved the button positioning, come to think of it.

Or you might have a size different to the one typically photographed (e.g. on the mannequin a size M).

A few additional instances of photographic evidence that the British warm does, in fact, exist.

I keep repeating to myself, "I do not need another overcoat. I live in Northern California." I'm not sure it's working.

If anyone in the US is interested in purchasing a (used) linen pop-over in rust, please send me a message.

Curious to know if anyone here has purchased one of the tielocken coats? would love to see some pictures of you wearing it. I'm so tempted by it!

Eh up.

I don’t normally post photos of myself on a forum where I ‘know’ noone especially as I’m far from a natural model.

I do love this SEH Kelly hat and thought it worthwhile posting as I couldn’t find it from the main page so maybe others have missed it.

It’s a proper hat that doesn’t make me feel like I’m dressed as a tortoise heading to a party.

Note: the photo could be deleted when I’ve woken up properly and realised my folly.
