Yeah, I think you could wear it two ways:
- as a layering piece, in which case the length is a good thing. Sounds like you'd still want a smaller size though
- as a stand alone t-shirt like in the runway shot TUCKED IN (looks dumb though imho)

Yeah. I sized up (a bit, I'm in between 46/48, S/M) on a henley last spring because I wanted a looser fit and got a little more than I bargained for. Probably gonna go TTS if I get one, wear it slouchy with Silent T's and suchlike.
