We've been receiving quite a few emails inquiring about the extent of the damages on the ISC Work Shirts. This post is meant to give you a better idea of what I'm calling "slightly" damaged product. Any emails sent inquiring further about damages will be directed to this post.

I'm providing 2 examples of what the damage may look like:

1. The first is a spot of sorts, usually just one or two and pretty hard to photograph because they are so subtle. I've noticed similar spots on the bottom of the fabric and I asked the mill about them, they said that they can occur during the sanforization process and are confident that they will disappear after a soak, but we have not tried ourselves so we cannot guarantee this.

2. The second occurred in production and I believe these are the only 2 shirts with these issues. The canvas marks really easily so if a sewer made a mistake or the thread broke and they had to rip out the stitches, it leaves a mark. Since this fabric bleeds pretty heavily at first I think these marks will become less noticeable with wear. Also they won't effect the structural integrity of the fabric or the garment.

If you are a serious buyer, please email [email protected] with your size request and it's luck of the draw - your work shirt will either have damages similar to Example 1 or 2 - we will not be able to send you individual images. All sales will be Final - so no returns, exchanges or complaints!

We are selling these work shirts for $165 Shipped (domestic) and $185 Shipped (international). Full retail price on these is $225 for reference.

Here are the available quantities per sizes:

1 - S
3 - M
1 - XL
1 - XXL

Thank you for your interest!

karl- on the brown chambray, why is the right chest pocket on the inside? i like but i'm not sure if there was a purpose function wise

I like wearing some of my shirts un-buttoned, the brown chambray is heavy enough that it works well un-buttoned, I thought it may be cool to have an internal pocket that I can access if I'm wearing the shirt open. Also, I kind of just liked the look of it.

makes sense. i really like the look of it too.

i usually wear my shirts buttoned. i tried to then put stuff in that pocket and then reach my hand in and pull stuff out (like an internal jacket pocket). end result: i couldn't without unbuttoning and then felt silly. however, i still like the detail. i might use the pocket as a secret cash stash pocket.

I have the ISC workshirt and cannot recommend it enough. Those "seconds" shirts Karl's selling up there are a steal.

The fabric is very stiff, almost crunchy. Color is gorgeous and I'm digging the fading so far.

PS - I also have the RGT Indigo Specked workshirt and a pair of Dark Stantons.

the new nep western shirt looks sick. i really want one
The New Western Shirt is ******* Stellar! Dont wait on it. If you are thinking of getting one, do so. I'd imagine we will see more of these in the future, but maybe not in this denim. And this denim is awesome. Neppy and a perfect weight. To me it fits closer to a Jumper than a Workshirt.

I find the work shirts to be a tad more tapered from chest to waist. The sleeves are a tad longer as is the body. It's meant to be worn as a traditional shirt, un tucked or tucked, as opposed to the workshirt(shirt/jacket)

To me the workshirts are more fitted. They are meant to be worn fully unbuttoned or semi buttoned. The jumpers are fully buttoned and sometimes tucked. This western, imo, fits closer to jumper sizing.

Hey Karl, will you be making a blog post on your 16.75oz slubs? Saw on IG that you hit your one year mark and gave them their first wash. Definitely wanna see more detailed pics of how they look!

Yes, I took some before and after wash shots. My strobe was not cooperating so I may need to retake the post-wash shots but I'll look through them this week and share here and on our blog soon!
