wow lighten up guys i guess i could ask the questions in a more boring way:

is balenciaga a good jean?
how much does it retail for/did i get a good deal?

if i could get it lower/its a bad jean then ill just cancel it, just trying to be humorous

Caveat- those RL boots look like they should have cost $27.50, not $275. Definitely not worth the money, IMO. It makes no sense that there is a heavy lug sole on the heel, but not on the rest of the sole.

It's on the whole shoe, you just can't tell from that angle. But yeah, consensus seems to be to return them.

In general European designers are terrible when it comes to making jeans. Only Slimani came up with a decent fit and fabrication. D&G, Givenchy, Armani, Balenciaga, Neil Barret, Prada etc...all crapola!
