Yes I meant the first picture (collar / no tipcup), the ones in the spoiler do have a tipcup (and no collar).

Your last point was precisely my question. Is this tipcup actually more than just an aesthetic feature.
Also was wondering whether the water could really drip down the handle when furled. Doesn't seem so in either case.

I'll call Fox tomorrow to be sure but what you said sounds sensible.

Edit: still not decided. What do you guys think looks best? No tipcup, tipcup, or collar?

As far as I understand, ordering from CC accomplishes the same thing. Lucchese still makes the boots to order to fulfill your purchase. I know I'm not the first person to have QC issues with Lucchese, regardless of the vendor.

Ic that's annoying imo

Lmk if the boots ever work out, the recent posts about them are great but dealing with qc is not something I'm interested in

I plan to buy a Fox umbrella made to order (stick). Handle will most likely be leather.

Is a tip-cup really necessary in that particular case? I prefer the look without, but I'm concerned about the possible lack of protection from water drippings when the umbrella is closed and still wet.

not helpful but this is a sick handle

Any suggestions for a minimalistic tote bag that doesn't cost a gazillion dollars? To go with more tailored stuff *not gothninja/ artisanal please!

http://www.isaacreina.com/en/home/776-expanded-horizontal-medium-bag.html - something like this but 565 euroes for a cotton bag i dunno...

I always liked the look of this Linjer one, I think it'd go well with what you wear

https://www.linjer.co/collections/men-leather-bags/products/square-tote-navy

Etsy is also a pretty good source for stuff like this, these are less structured but it was just some of the very first few suggestions that popped up

https://www.etsy.com/se-en/listing/280884186/simple-black-leather-tote-bag?ref=market

(Etsy sellers are often willing to change details or do custom work, so if you send them a PM I have no doubt you could find a store that will get you exactly what you want)

I don't want to pack this jacket away for the summer just yet. Does this work?

Jacket might be a little too autumnal for those pants. Pants also look a little too casual for tailored clothing.

Don't like true three-button jackets, but that's a personal preference.

Shoes are bad, man. Sorry.

Thanks for the reply and feedback! I thought so to, just an idea :)

The jacket is a 3/2, it's just the way it's laid out!

Is it unreasonable that I am really ticked off at zen market for tossing the CDiem box for my boots and shipped to them to me in their own box? Am I being neurotic? They've always shipped shoes and boots to me with the original box, and I never buy used shoes without the box. It just helps so much with authenticity and resale questions if I end up selling it, especially for **** like cdiem and guide where the leather style and other information is on the box. Not to mention the S21Ms don't have any markings on the boot itself to indicate size or anything. I feel angry but also stupid for being angry at the same time.

I'd be mad as hell, then again I have my carpes in my closet with box and extra laces to comfort me.
