Ralph Lauren Black Label MTM worth it?

MTM is medium to minor alterations to an existing pattern (Oxxford perhaps excluded), so fit will definitely NOT be static between makers. You need to start with a pattern that mostly fits, work with someone who knows what's up, and then be prepared for some minor alterations. A MTM black label suit will be far different than a BB Madison MTM, even if they both "fit".

I actually went with the Fitzgerald fit with Brooks Brothers MTM not Madsion so I could not tell you how that fits. However, even the Fitzgerald fit has been custom to fit my body profile and would not reflect a off the rack Brooks Brothers suit.
