@laufer : I would like to see the shearling collar just like the Turner's, but when we tried this MTO last time, we got a definitive no from the factory. Hopefully we can sway their decision

I could go with the full lining, but personally wouldn't want the shearling, although from previous efforts I'm not sure it would even be possible.

Is zug still the preferred leather if it's available?

I would go with Zug, Cap toe, speed hood, and preferably dainite sole (even though the last bit is not deal breaker for me)

Guys shearling would just on top, just as it is pictured. I think the purpose of this top shearling is to further waterproof the boot in case you step in the water above ankles.
