To my understanding, all bluchers are derbies, but not all derbies are bluchers.

The definition is: a shoe having the tongue and vamp cut in one piece and the quarters lapped over the vamp and laced together for closing (Merriam Webster).

depends on what you want. 325 is more refined with a pointier toe. The 365 is more rounded and generous in the forefoot area. I personally prefer the fit and aesthetic of 365 but it purely subjective. Do you want smart or more rugged looking boots? I would say conistons are smarter looking than Islays for example.

I dont see how the tongue and vamp are different in both these pictures
