Question - bought LC King Brown Duck Chore Coat, it says on their page to Shrink to Fit... but how?

But I see no instructions on their process to do such, and I contacted their customer service via e-mail, and the exact response I got was "these run big".

It says to shrink to fit, but obviously I am uncertain of their process. Anybody have this coat that can make suggestions? My first duck canvas coat. Definitely too big right now.

For reference, this is the item:

"Unwashed & ready to shrink to fit".

I don't have any of their garments but did you actually read the Garment Care FAQ where they talk about your options to shrink an unwashed/raw garment?

I did, but it seems to be a general things may shrink in wash warning.
That's a bit different than STF, where usually there are instructions (eg: for denim, it will say to soak with it on your body, etc.).
