god i HATE when SAs do that ... i get that we are more educated than most customers but they should know more about what they are selling

well most if not all retail employees are never to say "I don't know" or "we don't have it" without bring up something else. Don't want those negative marks on a secret shop.

When does fred segals sale go to 70% ?

75% off starting this Friday and only last until Sunday. Went earlier today because of their 66% off, but most stores still hold out at 50% off, and saw some CPs in 10, 11 and 11.5, RRL rigid slim fit selvedge in large sizes (34-36) at 50% off. Bad sale this season, very limited selection. I also spoke to the SA and they said they stopped carrying Patrik Ervell a year ago, so no more restock.

They ship DDP so customs is included in the price, don't know if they subtract VAT automatically though.

I went to the Melrose location, there's a fair amount of WH tiger fleece and the reverse flannel button downs
