Norman keeps coming up in a number of threads. Surprised there hasn't been a dedicated thread to him yet. But my oh my he makes an interesting shoe.

@NormanVilalta is one of the nicest people in shoemaking and so is his associate Scott. It's been a pleasure to talk to them so far and I should have totally applied for the apprentice position Norman offered in the London Trunk Show 2019!

I am currently awaiting for my 4 eyelet wingtip derby to finish production soon and I will share it with you all.

Stylistically, it's great to see they have a unique identity in shoemaking in a relatively saturated shoe market. The people that would buy Norman's shoes are the ones that for example want a supercar, but don't want to buy a Ferrari or a Lamborghini but want something more niche and would instead buy a Pagani Zonda or Huayra. Interesting analogy.

Genuinely excited to get my shoes in a few weeks.

Here are some pictures I took during the Shoegazing Trunk Show.

Amazing! Didn't realize that Norman was a member here. Perhaps a Norman Vilalta and Nicholas Templeman bespoke shoemaking conversation?

Excited for the full review.

Alright, last one since I seem to be the only one active here. We need more NV in this forum.

This is my review of my pair which I totally love. I paid for it, there are no paid links in the article.

Great review! The Mario cap toe in rosemary patina is probably the next shoe I buy when I'm willing to buy shoes again. I'm officially out of footwear space in my apartment.
Thank you! I like most of his styles even the more adventurous ones. The blue oxford that was recently on GMTO a few months ago was awesome and I would pounce if I didn’t have 7-8 blue shoes already
