Hi all, new here. I need some recommendations for some type of night light. Lately, I tend to get very anxious at night and that gets worse when the room is all dark and I start to panic. The past couple of nights I’ve slept with my closet light on, but it is very bright. So I wanted to get a soft light that I can use at night to calm my nerves.
If anyone has any recommendations that would really help. Thanks for all your help.

Sky Lite by Blisslights.

I think Blisslights also sells bulbs that do the same kind of thing. But the 50 dollar Sky Lite projector I have, and love. Not just as a nightlight but for general ambiance.

Well, i don't know, and i don't understand why, but i am having a similar issue. It started rather recently. I just cannot understand why, what actually happened so i am getting this problem right now. Someone told me that it might be caused by the fact that i am either sleeping too much or too little. So my psychologist recommended me to try reading a book, a book which is having a really ...light subject, which is very easy to be read. And he also told me to try and change my closet lamp, i mean the light. And i decided to change le lamp, i ordered one from https://thekairoscollective.com/lighting.html, dude, it is really amazing, it fits perfectly into my bedroom.
