^Yeah, I don't really know enough about the industry to have a view on whether that would be a good thing or a bad thing for Ducati as a brand or for serious devotees but am pretty sure some of the more knowledgeable folks here will. Figured I'd just throw it out there and then sit back and be edumacated.

Picture from last fall. Always a good reminder of why I like to ride.

SV650 Scrambler. Why didn't Suzuki bring this to the US? This would positively crush the Duc Scrambler.

What is up with used motorcycle prices? I occasionally check prices to see if I should upgrade, and I see people trying to sell Speed Triples with 15k miles for 8-9k. The bike was only 13k msrp. At least in my experience bikes, with the exception of Harleys depreciate quickly for the first few years.

I have the same D2 jacket, pretty solid to ride with except I ride my partner's moped :p

Btw, how comfortable to move inside em jeans, especially those with knee support and padding etc. Because I'm working on a biker jeans x nanotube so any input from experience will help out a lot

This one is the closest to being reasonable, but it is still a two year old bike that retails for ~$12k with the mods: https://raleigh.craigslist.org/mcy/6082774316.html

$8500 for almost 15k miles: https://raleigh.craigslist.org/mcd/6095448318.html

Hey guys, does anyone know the best filling material to make quilted parks / supported paddings for motorcycle jackets, to reduce shock and etc. ?

Any input will help out a lot ;)

Most padding is for the most part ornamental and doesn't offer any real protection. That D3o stuff might be an option tho. I know it can be bought in preshaped armour or in sheets.

The bike is going up for sale so I can buy something new. Got it out for the first time this season, cleaned it up, and got a couple of shots for the listing:

Also, wtf. my favorite of the photos (the last one) came out of my camera phone rather than my fancy mirrorless body with pro lens after my battery died halfway through my photo shoot.
