Meermin Hiro Last

Hi, I submitted a request to Meermin for sizing info on the Hiro last in size 9UK. This is their response:

L 305mm shoe outsole 9UK
W 107mm shoe outsole 9UK
L 288mm shoe insole 9UK
W 103mm last insole 9UK
Foot 27.2 cm 9UK
My questions is, what is that final measurement referring to? The one that says "Foot 27.2 cm". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
