Does my great customer experience continue here?
How about asking what happened?

If you have had a really bad customer service experience, not only I, we all will be interested in knowing.

As for the service itself, the right place for it is emails. I can guarantee that no such mail has been received or replied to in the last 2 weeks. If your said experience is older than that, you should try writing to us again. I continue to have my doubts though.

Some of these fabrics are sold out and we need to restock. We are working on it.


Thank you for the quick response. I figured that was the case, but where some fabrics indicated they were out of stock, these did not so I thought I would check to be certain. Again, my thanks.

I just want to chime in and say that the customer service via email has improved tremendously over the course of the last few weeks. The response times have improved significantly and the detail of the responses have been a huge step up from the one sentence replies I got before. I'm having a shirt made with new measurements after one order got a bit muddled and Ashish has been accommodating and helpful every step of the way.

I just want to chime in and say that the customer service via email has improved tremendously over the course of the last few weeks. The response times have improved significantly and the detail of the responses have been a huge step up from the one sentence replies I got before. I'm having a shirt made with new measurements after one order got a bit muddled and Ashish has been accommodating and helpful every step of the way.

I experienced the exact same thing over the past week! Very pleased to say the least.

Absolutely love those tweeds!
If my pants (that are on their way) fit me right, I'll definitely have a go on one or more of those!

Edit: I have just noticed that the order form for the tweeds refers to shirts, is that correct?
