Does my great customer experience continue here?
How about asking what happened?
If you have had a really bad customer service experience, not only I, we all will be interested in knowing.
As for the service itself, the right place for it is emails. I can guarantee that no such mail has been received or replied to in the last 2 weeks. If your said experience is older than that, you should try writing to us again. I continue to have my doubts though.
