@Kent Wang - Got my shipment, great stuff! Was shocked to see just how tired (but still serviceable!) my old polos were compared to new ones.

That said, the new ones are still 100% cotton but have new "hang to dry" instructions where the old ones were "tumble dry on low". Do you have any info on why "hang to dry" other than to reduce wear and tear and/or better maintain shape? Just curious as to the rationale.

The shirts haven't changed, but the older shirts just used some tags we had laying around that said "tumble dry".

As with all shirts, machine wash cold on the gentle cycle and hang dry only. Heated drying will shorten the life of your shirt, as will the chemicals used in dry cleaning. Also avoid bleach, fabric softener, and starch. It's best to wash your shirts yourself, but any good cleaner, given these instructions, will suffice.

Over a few washes, if hang dried, shrinkage will be almost imperceptible. The waist will shrink about 0.25", the shirt length about 0.5". If machine dried, shrinkage may be double those amounts. We cannot accept returns on washed or worn garments.

@Kent Wang any ETA for the suspenders?

Around October 30.

For the polo shirts, I'm considering adding two additional fits:

The current fit will be renamed slim fit.

Tall fit. Same measurements as slim fit, just 2" longer in the body, 1" longer in the sleeves.

"American fit". Same measurements as your common American brands like Polo Ralph Lauren and Lacoste. What should this fit be called?

Classic fit, standard fit? That may be confusing since people may think it's the fit that I've had for years. I'm leaning towards "American fit"

@Kent Wang any plans on suede belts?
No plans. We don't have a good supplier for suede.

I'm glad to hear that Kent because I've always wanted to get a polo from you but the slimness and fears of shrinkage always stopped me.

Regular, boxy, straight fit should all get it across too I think.

'Murican fit.

But, jokes aside, I agree. My brain can't countenance being a 3XL in anything :rotflmao:

@Kent Wang - if you're back in the tweaking mood for your polo collection and adding a color is possible, I'll re-re-lobby for a cream/off-white option like I have before, reference pic below!

@Kent WangWith new seasons coming, I'd like to re-suggest a polo color that you didn't care for the first time, but I'm hoping you might have come around on - cream.

Just like most of your darker hues have a lighter shade - Navy has Light Blue, Black has Grey, Purple has Lavendar, Maroon has Pink, even Dark Green has a Light Green, the Brown needs a light complement. And it's a perfect summer or fall option (in summer it's a softer version of a white and for fall it goes with all seasonal colors, browns, olives, etc.)

For reference, I mean something like this:

1000

No worries if it still doesn't move you, I'll lobby again next year.

Tall fit is excellent. I’d like to see a tall version of the other fits too, but understand that might be a bit much.

Did the sizing on the gloves change recently? I picked up the dark brown non-touchscreen in 8.5 and they feel and look larger than the black touchscreen I got about 5 years back.
No, they haven't changed

@Kent Wang when should a long-sleeve polo restock be expected? I signed up, but I saw that both the Dec 19th and Jan 31st expected dates passed with no update. Many thanks!

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
