@MIKE_JE Damn, don't really go on these forums as often anymore, but just read through some of it and noticed that there was a VIP code passed to certain clients? Feel a bit bummed that I didn't get one, even though its only a 5% difference, I guess its the thought that counts lol

here's just a last list of the amount I spent. I guess I have to spend more to be considered a VIP, or maybe because I didnt buy anything in August, I wasn't eligible.

When did you subscribe to the news letter? I've spent far less in the past year but have bought pretty consistently since 2014 and been on the newsletter since then as well.

since I joined SF, so 2015, and the members that remember me, knows i'm not cheap when it comes to their brand.

Nah I didn't buy in august. I've bought consistently since 2014 but I doubt everyone else here that got a code has been on JE since
'14. Probably some sort of mistake or maybe they just had some really weird way of calculating and you slipped through the cracks. Sorry to hear though cause you clearly are a loyal customer

I got VIP codes this season and I don’t think I’ve really purchased anything lately. I do go to the site a lot tho and put stuff in cart and remove. or just keep it chilling in the cart.

If you are buying a lot what’s the point in giving you a code. They know you’ll buy anyway.

Where as someone like me they see I’m always actively on the site. Things in my cart....what can they do to get me to purchase? Give me a VIP code. Make me feel special. Finally complete that purchase. Just my guess

What are your email communication settings like? Have you ever gotten the codes or do you get any kind of emails from them other than orders?
