Ordered something from ssense on the 20th, received it on the 23rd. No rhyme or reason

They’re a mess right now and I normally love them. My order with Christmas gifts from the 13th hasn’t moved, they emailed a week or so ago and said it wouldn’t be arriving til January and gave a 15% refund.

My order with Christmas gifts from the JE site which was ordered on the 17th with expedited was shipped ground on Monday even though the site said order by 18th for guaranteed Christmas Day delivery lmao.

Also depends on total amount spent. My lower priced orders get here fast. More pricier orders sometimes get stuck in customs. It’s really out of their hand after they ship it out.

JE generally costs more in the EU. Something to do with duties / cost for END when buying JE that they pass thru to customer. Similar to why certain european / japanese labels cost more in North America (Kapital for example)
