JE customer service has always done right by me..
JE customer wins. They always win.

Update on my Oak Bomber. UPS called me to verify the shipping address and their system shows that it was not delivered to my address. So that means it was delivered to someone else, and now that lucky a-hole is making use of a bad ass limited color JE bomber for free. What a shame. Still sour about the situation.

I had this happen a few times in the past. Ups drivers do make mistakes but they rarely ever retrieve the package back. They can tell where the package was delivered from the delivered scan the driver has to do. Gps location is stored for records

Here are the size guides for our Blackmeans collaboration. We recommend taking the same size in your Rider's as our Main Line version.

Bogota bomber came in today, nice jacket overall except for some minor stitching issues which can be easily taken care of. I'm 5'11 175 lbs and wear medium everything, the jacket fits a little snug and I can't layer a hoodie underneath. Size up if you're going to layer.

If you have a big chest or shoulders this will be a problem. It's made more fitted than other jackets they have made recently.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
