Is this blazer can be fixed?

I bought this RTW panico blazer and found the back is too small for me so I sent it to a local tailor to make the back larger. When it is fixed and I tried, I found some wrinkle around the waist.Could any one tell me why the wrinkle appear and can this issue be fixed?

There is a whole thread on this (Tailor Fit and Feedback) where people who know what they are talking about weigh in. I don't participate in that thread because I don't know what I'm talking about.

Looks like it is sitting on your right hip, which causes the wrinkles. They are pretty minor. I assume you need more room there so it doesn't catch on your hip. But I don't know.
