This is a thread in which you introduce yourself, regulars and new members alike. This is one thread I'd like to keep reasonably civil and reasonably clean, so, let's do that, okay?

I'll start. I'm Fok, one of the adminstrators on the forum. I have a bunch of kids and live in Idaho. If anyone told me any of the above 6 years ago, I would have wanted whatever they were smoking.

I wear jeans 24/7 - mostly Triple Works and RRL, and otherwise, have a lot of belts and overpriced Italian made sneakers. I mix up Wings+Horns, RRL, Jil Sander, Margiela, Haversack, Woolrich Woolen Mills, and SNS Herning,

Thanks. I just saw this forum and thought I'd join. Clotheshorse. Same woman for 24 years, marriage scares both of us. She never leaves the house w/o being perfect. I never went out like a slob, then came COVID. I didn't even recognize myself sometimes. Now I've decided to be a big boy again.

I spent a lot of time and money about ten years ago on all things bespoke. But before I decided on the tailors and cobblers, I spent two years going over the US and Europe buying Suits, shoes, shirts, ties, belts, umbrellas, etc. When I finished my journey I knew who I liked, why I liked them...and had a room full of clothes and a depleted bank account. Since I'm a lawyer, I have worn suits and ties for a long time. I like shirtsleeve shoulders on sport coats and suits, prefer softer shirts, ties from Kiton seven fold to Charvet slims, soft suede shoes from Corthay, Bontoni, and sometimes Kiton, Massaro and Aubercy. I also love Oxford slacks and suits. I also love Kiton, Brioni and Attolini.

I've done the bike racing, mountain climbing, motorcycle trips around the US, Canada and Mexico and the salt water fly fishing. Now that my kids are grown, I love traveling. That's about it. We've become boring.
