Happy to have you here. Welcome!I've learned a lot from this community over the years. I particularly enjoy reading the thrift/discount thread. Glad to be here.
Hi there, glad to have you on board. Welcome!New member here. I've stumbled across this forum more times than I can count and finally decided to make an account. I'm a recent college grad living in the South, of New England Yankee extraction. My menswear journey began at a young age when I would insist on wearing a bow tie and blue blazer to church every week as a toddler. It's gotten a little bit more expensive since then...
I'm excited to see what I can learn here.
Hey all,
I'm going by Santala here - I'm a lawyer in Vancouver and I'm here because of Dieworkwear's account on Twitter.
I'm looking forward to finding out how to build out a professional-leaning men's wardrobe, so any Vancouver recommendations would be appreciated for stores, tailors, etc.
My main goal right now is to get a suit and lots of shirts made by something above the Indochino tier, or to collect pieces from thrift stores/consignment stores and get them tailored, but my body shape isn't helpful.
Also interested in more higher fashion stuff - once I bought the Karu Kantha shorts after seeing a Dieworkwear post about them, I got hooked.
Hi Santala, unfortunately I cannot personally recommend any haberdashers, tailors and the like in Vancouver. However, I can personally welcome you to the forum.Hey all,

Hello Barlow, I’m very familiar with Singapore. It’s a great city for shopping. Any questions? Welcome to the forum!Hello, all. I'm Barlow, presently living in Singapore where it is summer all year long. After several weeks of cleaning my closet and trimming the fat, I'm turning to Styleforum (as usual) for the best things to wear and keep.
Appreciate the warm welcome, Sinyo18. Shopping seems to be the national pastime (I’m kidding) particularly during the months of the Great Singapore Sale. There is also a rejuvenated modern bespoke industry. I have yet to explore it. Any recommendations?Hello Barlow, I’m very familiar with Singapore. It’s a great city for shopping. Any questions?
