I'm just finishing up a big batch of split pea soup with the bountiful leftovers of our christmas ham.
Im thinking ham and potato soup eith our shank.

But im too full from today and tired of ham already.

There's always Quiche Lorraine too. Remember the ratio is one egg + enough cream = 1/2 cup. So four eggs = two cups in total.
