You sort of have a Albert Brooks(hair) + Woody Allen(glasses) thing going on. Not the end of the world, but would prefer the shorter hair as well.

I'm thinking more along the lines of...

The fit of the Charcoal one is outstanding. Its almost touching the realm of perfection. You sir and DocHolliday are in a league of your own. Perhaps 10 years of trial and error will get me there, I hope.

Well, you certainly have the shirt, tie and suit coordinated. The pocket square doesn't fit at all. (Lime green with red and black? What were you tying to achieve? Wasn't the suit pattern loud enough? Why not white to coordinate with the rest of the outfit?)) But the elephant in the room is that you don't pull it off. Get the hair cut and go for a great fitting suit but not an such an ostentatious look. Get comfortable with nailing a more classic style to look your best. I am impressed that the fit isn't bad and you did (except for the PS, get the mix and match right. That is better than most on WAYRN. Keep at it Bleachboy.

Thank you for the advice, sir! I got that suit via the J.Press warehouse sale and that was its debut. I'll do better next time. ;)

Holdfast and Baron, thank you for sharing an interesting and thoughtful conversation.
Baron: I feel that things have come to the following. You should consider banding together the last remaining coat and tie wearers in California into a Utopian community. Hire a small boat and invade Catalina. The inhabitants are weak. They can be subdued with a minimum of shelling.
I don't know how many women the thirteen of you will need. Probably a minimum of five.
Ovadia and Sons briefs?

Possibly the last time a tie was worn on Catalina:

Actually, this was probably the last time but it was just a movie and therefore doesn't count:

Well, not yet...

Is this cloth from Ariston?

Move the ticket patch down only exposing it by 1" to 1 1/2" and move it forward by one stripe in the cloth pattern. It will create a look of belonging rather than the pocket is trying to jump out and escape.

Yes, this is from Ariston!
Hm, I want to use both pockets, so I think it may become to bulky when I have my phone inside the ticket and other stuff in the the other pocket, when the ticket is moved deeper inside.
I like that the distance between the edges of the patches works nicely as a reminscence of a regular ticket pocket, it is similar to the spacing between the jets of a normal one.
Though I think that on a plain fabric this patch ticket would probalby look a bit better with your suggestion (the small check makes it almost dissappear from a distance).

Here is a cloe up shot of it, it shown only a small piece of the larger patch:
