Err, sorry. Not sure what this vintage is worth, but the lapels aren't that different from what you see on a lot of raincoats and such. Probably these types of coats go for $1K or so right now, ballpark.

If new $1500+ would be it retail price, and $300-$400 would be a fairly low price on sale; NM sale price would likely be $600-$700. If used then $100-$200 would be good price at a vintage store for end of season.
