Worked for a small family run tech company for a bit after college. Will never do that again.

my dad is an old stubborn man. he tries to run his business himself. its still a small business, but i had to help more in the sense that there was quite a bit of labor needed to be done and he was determined to do it all himself and at the time it was neither smart or possible to do so.

it wasn't a professional job. ive been working for him when i had time ever since i remember. this incident actually happened just this past summer, im still in university. i cant just leave him, he is my father, i will do what i can. I don't intend on having to turn down any more opportunities to work for him. Most likely ill work for him when i have free days until i graduate and get a real job.

we have the same dad..you're a good son (no emo) and hopefully your dad will realize your efforts down the line outside of pay structure..its good that youre still focusing on uni..who knows you may get a great unrelated career from uni where down the line pops doesnt have to work so hard
