Hey so I'm interested in these just wondering on the sizing I'm guessing the cordovan is sized differently and possibly the model as well because I tried on a size 44 994 in donkey and they felt like they fit well. I'm normally 42-42.5 or 9-9.5 with most shoes. Just wondering if because the leather the sizing is different I wouldn't want to buy something that was too small ya know.

It generally depends on how you like it to fit. I usually wear 41.5-42 and need a 42.5 in these since they stretch a good amount. My current black ones are the same cordovan and size and I had to double up on insoles. It sounds like if you only want thin insoles or no insoles then this would probably work out. The break-in period was about a week of snugness and then they stretched a lot and I went from needing one insole and a thin sock to needing two and a thick sock. I can only give you my experience with this model in cordovan, hope that helps.

Ok cool thanks, well I'll let you know because I've been wanting a off white/light grey boot for a while and this looks right in the area. Maybe taller than I normally would buy but I don't expect to tuck those in.
