They are treated with Saphir Renovateur. Though I've heard only good thing about VSC so I'll try it next time since it's more economical. That's some lifestyle photography
Those have a nice glow to them - did you shine them up with something?
I saw your reddit post about the shifter mark - I guess there's not something to put on the shifter?
Any info on the loafers on the Instagram story the other day? Been in the market, but wondering if you had a sense of timing / colors.
SNUFF SUEDE!!!!!!! I bet I buy a pair....Our penny loafer release is scheduled for early next spring. We will start with dune, crimson, navy cxl and snuff suede. All have a new (slightly lighter) antique welt with the exception of the dune which will have natural welts. They will be on the butyl outsole.
Really happy with how the fit has turned out. Quite soft, flexible with an unconstructed toe box and thinner leather heel counter. It does have a lining.
So happy with the snuff suede decision, guess I'll have to wait until then to grab a pair.. Was about to pull the trigger on some Alden LHS.SNUFF SUEDE!!!!!!! I bet I buy a pair....
Funny, so was I but think I will wait for GS, as don't wear Penny Loafers that often especially in winter and winter is coming. So happy with the snuff suede decision, guess I'll have to wait until then to grab a pair.. Was about to pull the trigger on some Alden LHS.
Great shoes from a great member here! You may wind up buying more GS, just so you know.Happy to join y'all thanks to a screaming deal from @Thrift Couture on some ivory suede PTB's. Really impressed with the construction, materials, pretty much everything.

I was in a local store (old-school men's retailers) last Friday just burning some time, and it happens that they're the only place around here that has any Alden. One of the few things they had was a snuff LHS, and it was the first loafer that made me go "hmmmm" in a loooong time...So happy with the snuff suede decision, guess I'll have to wait until then to grab a pair..
