Do you all think the British Tan for the cap toe oxford is too light of a brown? I'm looking for a simple brown dress shoe that's relatively versatile and can wear with suits, and I'd hate to incur the wrath of @dieworkwear by having my shoes be too light of a brown. However, I worry that the LWB's are potentially too casual/


Not very versatile. Not a fan of most LWBs either - most look like gun boats.

No one, outside of Twitter/forum discussions ACTUALLY cares. You can 100% wear it with suits.

I wear my British tan captoe boots quite regularly with my formal wear to office and they look fantastic. They will also patina and darken over time with wear. You can safely wear the oxfords with suits, they will look great.
