Ordering from overseas. I have to be as precise as possible. I will order 2 sizes once I tried the Barrie last here in EU as it’s supposed to be very similar to the Leo last from Grant Stone
I would say what Matt is referring to is the heel to ball bannock, which is the most important. I have many pairs of GS in both Leo and Floyd lasts as well as a few Alden’s in the Barrie. To me, the Barrie is similar to the Leo, but just a little more snug overall; it’s a wonderful last. I have a similar preference as you (snug heel, roomy toes) and your best bet might be the 7.5E, but your heel to ball will be the biggest determine factor, I’d imagine.

That’s good info thank you! Now I am more confident ordering just 7.5E US.

So my heel to ball is right in the middle of 7.5 and 8 US while my toes are short so my foot length measures 7.5US. I guess it’s 7.5US E then. Wyatt also sized me at 7.5US E with the info I provided to him:

In Alden Trubalance I am 7E.

Alden Hampton 7.5 US E but still snug. According to Alden Hampton is a snug last.

There was no Barrie 7 or 7.5E at the sharp back a few months ago.

now please Wyatt and partners at Grant Stone, please introduce some longwings in Maduro, Cigar or Garnet Shell :)

@GrantStone are there any plans to make EEE Chelsea boots or wide sneakers of any width? Thank you
On the sneakers, I have really wide feet but sizing up a little to the next whole size worked really well for me on the Coastal sneakers.

I have a dozen pairs of Grant Stone shoes, boots and sneakers, and absolutely your best bet is to ping a quick mail to Grant Stone customer service at [email protected]. They will steer you right!

For those with the blucher, would you take your normal Diesel size? I have an Edward in 9E and Diesel in 9.5E, both feel ok, likely more towards the 9.5E.

Maybe a 9.5D?

Ok fellas, so against anything I am used to, I cuffed my jeans. Loving my Rust Kangaroo Edward's! Comments and suggestions welcomed. View attachment 2153975 View attachment 2153977 View attachment 2153979 View attachment 2153981
There's no real right or wrong way to wear your denim. Just go with what you think looks good on you and helps you feel confident and happy.

If it were me I would go with a larger cuff or get them hemmed, but that does not mean my current preferences are any better than yours.

If you are looking for inspiration you could see what guys are wearing on IG and see if any of their pictures give you ideas on how you might want to style your denim or any other clothing. If you search for hashtags for Grant Stone or some brands you like or are interested in that may be useful. A lot of 'boot guys' cuff, sure, but I think that is partly because there is so much overlap between guys interested in GYW boots and raw denim, workwear, Americana, amekaji, heritage clothing, or whatever you would like to call it. There is no rule you need to follow to fit in.
