Good tailor in London?

Hi,

I recently purchased a suit in NYC that I love, but it needs some relatively simple adjustments to the trouser length, sleeve length, some pinching at the back of the jacket etc. etc. Nothing too demanding, but I want to make sure it's done well. The in-house tailor where I purchased the suit put all the pins in, so the measurements are done, I'm just wondering whether anybody has recommendations for a good tailor that will ensure this job is done well.
