Well, me and L2BR didn't have any exact same items in our wardrobes, but realized we indeed had a few similar garments. Hence:

They are supposed to be. And I thought that was pretty clear.

As to my post that Clags quoted, I just meant to say that it should not be required that every item in the fit be exactly the same, but rather that they be as similar as possible in how they look.

Crusty and Claymore, EFV and L2B got it done right.

Yeah, that ^ pretty much sums it up. At first, I was requiring that all items be the same (i.e., brown suede, light blue neat, etc.). The amended "theme" requirement was so that teams had the flexibility to wear similar items, but not exact matches...one could wear brown suede loafers and the other leather. Something along those lines, but even more leeway. I'm not throwing down any DQ hammers, the people can make their votes.

Though y'all should note that, unlike the rest of you, we aren't behaving like a bunch of 7 or 8 year old girls, coordinating our outfits the night before school.

holy crap i just realized something. do you guys know what this challenge reminds me of?

when my daughter was like 7 or 8, she would call her bestest friend at night before bed, and they would meticulously plan to be wearing matching clothes to school the next day.

not sure what that says about us, but i freaking love it.
