Uhh there wouldn't happen to be a place where I can get some EG repaired, is there? I know it's a shot in the dark, but I think it's worth a try.

I have the patchwork painters pants in navy, but it's a little faded and the ropes for the cinches are missing.

Are you asking if there’s a place that just repairs EG?

If the pants are new, then you should return them to where you bought them. Sometimes, EG will do a repair or replace if it's a factory defect. In regards to the cinch not having "ropes" the pants never do and we have to install ourselves with fabric tape or a shoe string.

More so if there's a place that can restore clothing like this in general. It doesn't have to be specifically just EG.

Unfortunately, I bought them used. They were a little more faded than I saw in the photos before I bought them. I knew about the missing cinches, so that's not really that big of a deal since I cuff them, but the fading is slightly irritating.

I reckon it's because the previous owner most likely washed it incorrectly.

They're patchwork pants. Just embrace the fading and wear the hell out of em.

Fading happens with all clothes, and being mad at someone else because you bought used clothing that was actually used is absurd. Chill out and just wear the clothes!

I'm not mad, I just wanted to see if it was possible.

It's not a big deal if it isn't. I still love the pants.

Any decent clothing alterations place should be able to do repairs and if they’re faded and you don’t like that then it’s easy to dye clothing. However, that may not be a good idea if they’re patchwork as the different fabrics may take the dye differently.

That's a really good point actually.

Oh well, it's all good then.

Do we have a thread up for FW20?
it's looking like deliveries will be a month later than usual. which is still all good because my EG delivery usually comes in earlier than most brands.
