so Nordstrom's sport shirts are S-M-L.

I probably am a 16.5. Would that be an L?

Going off of what Antonio said, you want to size up from your J Crew size. A 32 waist at J Crew is a bit baggy on me but I can barely fit into an Eidos 48 (32 US size). If I were you, I would take a 50 or maybe even a 52. It is always more desireable to bring trouser waists in than to let them out.

@NickPollica Can you speak on the forward facing side tabs for this season's Sal pants? I was just curious. Thanks.

I went with Large. The chambray they're stocking seems pretty close to what I've been in the market for, but we will see. The one Haberdash had in the spring was the perfect fabric and overall look/feel I want but the length was too short.

gentlemen*
gentlemen* thank you , would this apply to sport coats as well?
Sportcoats are generally TTS. I am a 38 in most US brands and 48 in Eidos. They can run a bit slim so if, say, a J Crew 40 was JUST right or a bit anug you may want to take a 50 in Eidos

How about the knee and cuff area, does anyone have measurements for those?

Well. Bit the bullet and just grabbed a 52L in the shepherd's check NMWA. This was my favorite swatch from this season.

Maiden voyage of my new old stock Eidos Casentino field jacket from FW 14. I have replaced the stock cream buttons with Coffee Corozo nut. I am also detailing my sleeve treatment since the sleeves are too long for most. The result is a nice turn back cuff.
