(True to size. Considered a Slim fit; fitted through the chest, armholes and sides). There is a hole in the pants, as pictured. Jacket is 52R and pants are 52/L (42 and 42 respectively)

Is that length of 29.75" from the bottom of the collar? Also, are the holes in the pants by the bottom hem?
