An interesting look:

There are a few things that work here:

1. Shoulder look good
2. Length seems about right.

But the vest and narrow lapels are giving it a weird effect.

It’s Dolce Gabbana, which he’s now fronting.

Looks really bad, tbh.
Extended padded shoulders look good only in this static pose.
Tie and and knot are really bad.
Who needs vest in with the db suit?!
Sleeves are a tad bit too long - we don't see shirt cuffs.
Trousers are way too long. There's enough fabric there to make a 5 cm cuff and get a proper length.
And you already mentioned pretty slim lapels that look disproportionate here
