WHat are your thoughts about sportscoats / suiting in terms of softness vs structure.

How would you describe your tailor? I feel like, from photos its Neapolitan but not in the strictest sense. Definitely not British with structured shoulders. Either way it looks nice.

Are you asking about Double breasted sport coats? I don't have one but I'd have no problem going structured or soft. Depends on the look I want to achieve.

Shoulder line is not even neat!

@roostertailedcow You make a point sir.

I have unusually large traps (worse on the left) and this is a source of frustration for my tailor. Of course you can get rid of it by adding extra wadding or shoulder padding but then that introduces another problem. I look like an American footballer in shoulder pads which is why I went Neapolitan soft tailoring vs. structured. Sometimes and depending on the fabric, roping the sleeve head helps.

And so I often have to choose between the lesser of two evils. The unevenness is less obvious in person with the garment in motion than in still photos. Bespoke can only do so much to compensate for our oddities after all ;)
