Ha! Someone asked me exactly the same thing in another thread They are slightly wider in the forefoot than the Rain but otherwise very similar. They would suit a foot that is on the wider side.
Ok to confirm, there are 2 models that accommodate a low instep:
- Simpson
- Phila
Anything else? Forest? Inca? etc...
Alcudia. It is the same as Simpson but with an almond toe.
Gerry: how does the toe box compare between Rain and Inca? My only complaint with my Inca cap toes is that they are too chiseled and press down on the top of my big toes. I have no such problem with the Forest last.
I really really wish Epaulet carried 11.5UK sizes on the regular. I know this one has been available as a MTO, but some of the others they do for standard retail have been fantastic. Jealous btw.Well I didn't last long as an owner of one Carminas.Snagged the Navy Shell Greeleys from Epaulet on sale. I think I'll be able to pull these off. Pics of both to come. These will probably be here before the ones I ordered direct.
How often do they restock?I haven't seen them in Bordeaux but I have seen them in burgundy shell. Epaulet had them at one point.
It looks like Carmina e-Boutique just restocked the 80250 in tan calf. I don't want to get socked with duties but I might have to grab these while I can.
