I watched the first episode of Cosmos today and now see why it was (and still is) an incredibly popular production. The Varieties of Scientific Experience is a great book too. Can't wait to read his other works. The world is a bit darker without Sagan.

Demon Haunted World is a great book, lots of good explanations for anybody who enjoys science and/or skepticism/rationalism.
