I've got to the stage where I'm close to stopping said human and pointing out the error of their (foot) ways. I know it'll make me look like a pretentious knob, but I'm not sure I can take it anymore.
Would Jesus do that?

Question:

If you could rid the the clothing world of one brand, what would it be?

I'd have to go for Aquila. Whilst I agree, there are more ostensibly awful and poorly-constructed offerings out there, I must admit to being utterly obsessed with hatred by those horrendous curly-pointy-toed, paper-thin-soled, scuffed, long-laced abominations of footwear.

I had the same impression but they look decent enough on the site: https://www.aquila.com.au/mens-shoes/business-shoes.html

I have recommended Alfred Sargent Exclusives multiple times before, as they are in my view the best value English made shoes in the market right now.

- Crust leather uppers with hand antiquing
- Oak Bark Channeled Leather sole
- low toe spring with narrow waist and tall heel
- lasted shoe trees
- Free shipping
- 20% off VAT
- 10% SF member discount

I helped to organise two GMTOs with AFPOS, hope us Aussies can benefit on different colour options on the Alfred Sargent Moore.

AFPOS has added sizes UK 5 and 5.5, open this up to small feet gentlemen.

I can’t believe people give Simon Crompton money.

@The J if you want a decent watch cap Berg and Berg have some nice ones on sale. I believe they’re made by Johnson’s as well I have one from them made by Johnson’s, that’s a beige cable knit, 100% cashmere. It’s survived many trips and hiking expeditions, especially where I nearly didn’t.

A few lads here have Johnson’s Donegal watch caps through @Henry Carter, they’ll attest to the quality.

Each to their own. I like what he puts out, I pay for it. If you don't like it, that's fine as well.

It's a lot of money for something that shouldn't cost that much money.
