I need motivation and am lacking it. I want to start eating right again and getting some exercise starting Monday. Anyone wanna join me? I mean, may as well start looking better Summer is coming! We could use this thread to post meals, exercise routines, progress... Anyone?

While my summer is just ending, to get ready some 5 months ago I did Kris Gethin's 12 Week Video trainer. Now I know the idea "bodybuilding" can be a turnoff, but if you are in any kind of shape as I was, becoming one of them is not a legitimate fear. It's a good program in that there's videos for the not regular weight lifters (like myself). What follows is a link: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer.html. By all means try it out! Sure, after the 12 weeks I quickly went back to my old ways, but for a while there, I was in great shape!
