Any overdye premium jeans to look into?

I am trying to find a good overdye jean. Is it usually black dye over the indigo?
Anything from self edge, DB, or BiG?

45rpm suminando is black over indigo.

45rpm nando nando is indigo x indigo with a black coating on top(?). Doesnt appaer this way to me but that's what salesperson told me.

of them both, nando nando is slimmer but still a straight leg. This is more similar to the pbj007 though.

do these overdyes still produce a good contrasting fade, or is it harder to achieve due to all the dye underneath?

And I believe the nando x nando is indigo warp and suminando (black overdyed) weft, or the reverse.

I don't see how Shoe will have any time to get any contrasting fades with all the other denim he's picked up. Take him years to any decent wear in all of 'em. Haha I kid.

If I were to get an overdye jean right now...hell, any jean...I'd get Atelier LaDurance Prescott Darktone. Indigo warp and black weft...Nice cut and really nice details. Context will be restocking in a month or so. Re: the fading of overdye; Unlike normal jeans where you just have to wear through the warp and the undyed weft shows through (contrast fade), you have 2 layers of dye to work with. And the inside doesn't fade the same as the outside. So basically it gets all waxy after a lot of wear and Eventually, after a long, long, long time, you will get fading. Shoe how many pairs do you have now? A few months ago, didn't you know nothing about dry denim? Err...a lot of people beat me to it...but you really really aughta just find 1, 2, or 3 something you like and just WEAR WEAR WEAR.

The g stars are rad of course that was why I decided to get them a while back but now knowing what I could have gotten like somet and pbj I regret paying that full price.
I know about the 007 I tried ordering my size but they were out of stock 2 weeks ago.
