Drinking a Signatory Glenlivet. So crazy how much good cask management + not watering down can alter a spirit. This is an absolute banger that I'd gladly pay top-shelf prices for. Sad that Glenlivet is fine with being a bottom shelf mass-market.

Now I’m excited for fall when I’ll open this one, picked up a few months ago

How was the Orkney? Highland parks can be so different. Some sweet, some savory, some almost no smoke, others almost like a Lagavulin

Highland Park was one of the best drams I've had in recent memory. Sweet, savory with just a kiss of smoke. Its like Springbank 10 but better.

Speaking of HP 18 (obviously not the same bottling, one would assume) @venividivicibj what were the K&L Signatories you'd posted? I feel like there were a ton. May just be misremembering, or may just be shite at searching their site, but seems less expansive than I recall

The HP Signatory is marked as ‘Orkney’. The Ben Nevis is going to be great, and probably the Glenallachie too. Looks like the 15 year Macallan is sold out right now. (Should be back when it arrives, right now preorder)
