1. Be a man of action - Just don't say you'll do something. You need to actually do it. This sounds very simplistic but a lot of people do not follow through. If someone says, "I need to find a job," then spends the next hour reading threads on a message board, they aren't doing themselves any favors. In one hour you can upload your resume to multiple sites with email notifications sent to your inbox and sign with a few recruiters.

2. Improve your social skills - This is one of those things that can be easily glossed over especially if you already earned degrees, certifications etc. If you know how to communicate well with people, not just in the business world but also socially, things start to open up. You start to find more opportunities through people you develop friendships/relationships with. Being sociable also tends to positively influence employers.

3. Stay motivated - I read this in a magazine, I can't remember which publication but this model is how you should be thinking:

You ----> Failure ----> Success

NOT

Failure <---- You ----> Success

At the same time you cannot be in denial, you have to be able to analyze the feedback you're getting through your actions and adjust accordingly.

what is success? - achieving a situation where you can work at something that you like, in a situation that is comfortable for you, and that gives you options to change if you should choose to, where you don't have to worry about the future too much. where you have people who love you and whom you love, friends, health. where you can provide yourself and your loved ones with a reasonable situation of comfort and a little luxury, without too much stress.

how do you achieve it? - hard work, paying your dues, thinking stratigically, seeing yourself and your situation from the perspective of your bosses and customers, discipline, self control, trying to better your self on a regular basis.

Aston Martin and other car similar of that is much expensive for long term maintenance! d'Yquem is overrate!
